TRENSER’s CSR collaboration with the NASSCOM Foundation

TRENSER CSR team “SPARK” is collaborating with the NASSCOM Foundation as part of its CSR initiatives. The initiative focuses on empowering undergrad and unemployed youth belonging to marginalized communities in multiple tier 2 and tier 3 cities across India. As this initiative aligns with TRENSER’s CSR objectives of inclusivity and equal opportunity, SPARK has volunteered for this initiative. TRENSER is supporting the NASSCOM Foundation for the program in Trivandrum.

The primary aim of this initiative is to upskill individuals from marginalized backgrounds while including at least 60% of women candidates in the program. Thus driving inclusive growth and creating a level playing field for their future pursuits. Participants receive the necessary training in in-demand technology modules and other vital skills that would aid them in securing employment.
