Our L&D team introduced the ‘Leap Forward’ initiative dedicated to empowering our teammates with both technical skills and personal growth through engaging activities and fun challenges designed to boost public speaking abilities and confidence. Under this initiative, we hosted the inaugural edition of ‘TrenZTalks’, a series focused on presentations and insightful discussions on technology and innovation. This engaging session featured our very own tech expert and Senior Technical Manager, Mr. Hari Menon who provided an in-depth exploration of Data Engineering and its pivotal role in fueling the digital ethos.
