This privacy notice (hereinafter “Privacy Statement” or “Statement”)  of Trenser Technology Solutions (P) Ltd (“Trenser”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) highlights our privacy practices regarding Personal Information that we collect and process in accordance to relevant data privacy regulations. This statement reflects our commitment to respect people’s privacy and choices and describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“Process“) personal information as part of services.

The Privacy Statement is applicable globally. In case of conflict between localised versions and English version of the Privacy Statement, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Categories

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

  • We do not collect data such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, demographics, operating system, device information, or browser type from individuals who solely browse our websites https://www.trenser.com, https://www.trenser.com/contact, and https://trenser.keka.com/careers without submitting any information. This includes data gathered through cookies or similar tracking technologies.
  • From our customers, we collect service-related data which will be shared by customers through Queries, Comments, Feedback, Contracts, and other service-related documents.
  • People or organizations who submit their interest in our services through our website https://www.trenser.com/contact, using the contact form on our website, we collect  Personal and Contact details, such as First Name, Last Name, E-mail address, Phone numbers, Interest description, etc.
  • People who submit a job application through our website https://trenser.keka.com/careers, we collect Personal and Contact details, such as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, E-mail address, Phone numbers, Address, Current Job Role, Professional Experience, Skills, Educational Qualification, Current Organization and Industry, etc. Also, information such as photographs or images captured, and/or audio-video recordings (if applicable), while attending candidate screening.
  • From our employees, we collect Personal and Contact details, such as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, E-mail address, Phone numbers, Professional Experience, Skill details, Educational Qualification, Address, Social Identity Reference, Business References, etc.
  • From those who visit our office premises, we collect First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Phone Number, Visitor’s Organizational Reference (if applicable), details of items(Laptops, Mobile phones, any other devices) carried by visitors, etc.
  • From service providers and suppliers, we collect Contact names, E-mail Addresses, Phone Numbers, Identity references, etc.
  • Generally, we collect information such as photographs, and/or audio-video recordings (if applicable), while attending events, webinars, or programs hosted by Trenser.

We may collect the above-mentioned Personal Information through different sources, such as those mentioned below:

  • Submitted by yourself through website forms, contacting/emailing our official contacts, direct meetings or while attending or participating in marketing events or trade fairs etc.
